Have Questions about the Work Bond? 

A work bond program is where each parent submits an additional fee of $200 to the league upon registration with a post dated check for June 1, 2023.  After completing a predetermined number of volunteer assignments,  which entails 6 hours of Field Work and 3 Kitchen duties, the fee is returned to the family.  Anyone that doesn’t fulfill their completed work bond duties for that season the check will be processed as your buyout.  You may also choose NOT to volunteer and forfeit your deposit at time of registration.  However, we certainly expect you choose to provide assistance to the Little League. 

Remember this is for your children, and showing your support to the league in ways of performing your own duties will create a long lasting impression on your child.  Our organization is only as good as its volunteers.  One essential function that is necessary is field work.  Just ask yourself this, do you want your child to experience a game on an over grown field or do you prefer to have a field where you can take action pictures worthy of your living room wall? 

Another essential function is our Kitchen duty.  The kitchen is a very productive fund raiser, that pays for the umpires who work the games, and keeps the league operating.  So  for example, working the kitchen allows us to purchase updated equipment, offer free clinics pre season; ultimately, giving your child the best experience we can. 

There are many ways in which parents can volunteer their time to recuperate their work bond.  We are expecting everyone to assist in the support and growth of the league, but we understand there could be someone who find it difficult to do so.  You know yourself and your schedule. We will not hunt you down or hound you to complete your work bond duties. Therefore, at the time of registration be forth coming, let us known then.  This way you get the best experience as well.     

• Field work will generally take place Saturdays in the AM once the season begins.  Pre & Post Season activities as well as special projects will be scheduled accordingly.   Thank You Again for YOUR SUPPORT!
