Get to know the current board members. Each member of the team joined together with one common goal, bring competitive baseball back to South River. This team of board members have been behind the scene working to get this Spring 2023 season off to a great start. Here is our starting line up!

About Kelley Borusovic: Kelley has spent the better of 10 years coaching Softball/Baseball. She first started through Sayreville AA, as Girls Softball Assistant Coach for both her daughters Leigha & Ashley Borusovic 8U & 10U Program, while being Head Coach for T-ball, then onto Assistant Coach for boys 7u Baseball. Kelley made the switch over to her home team, when her son, Julien "Buggy" Borusovic became eligible to play for South River Little League 9-12 Major Division. In 2019, she joined the ranks as the Safety Officer on the board and step back from coaching. Until, 2022 where she became the Head Coach for South River Rec's Program 7u, for her son Nicky Borusovic. Her 7U team went nearly undefeated in the Spring of 2022. Then, she stepped up as Head Coach of the 12U Rec Fall team, where she led the team to closing out the season on a winning streak, beating South Amboy in a Double header. When she was approached to step in as President of the South River Little League, she decided to take on this role because she believes she can benefit the community and develop strong athletes for the South River Middle and High School Baseball teams, but also give the opportunities to kids who don't make the school teams to continue honing their skills or just playing the sport they love. She's making sure to help bring in a qualified support team for Parents to become the best coaches they can be, with the help of CKs Baseball's owner Craig Koppelman in Morganville NJ, threw her program, "The Coaches Clinic" Kelley wants to offer best Little League programs for young players. She is very excited to be able to be a part of the administration here at South River Little League, and she hopes to continue to bring great programs for the SR Rams Family!

About Patricia Prior: My name is Patricia Prior, I am a mom of 2 lovely kids, a boy and a girl. I played softball growing up and the sport still lives inside of me and would love for my kids to grow up with the same love for the game. I joined South River Little League to help bring back the love of the game to the community, while helping our league by balancing out the finances. By offering my expertise in this area, we can and will a better program for the kids of our town.

About John Prior: Hello Everyone, my name is John, I'm 38 years old and a father of two. I was born and raised in Portugal and move to United States at the age of 18. Growing up I spent every possible minute playing sports and loved every minute of it! Now that I'm carrying a couple of years on my back, I enjoy spending time off with family and friends and watching my boy and girl enjoy what I enjoyed as a kid. I joined South River Little League Board to keep the love of sport spending through the community and do everything I can to continue this thing alive. At the end of the day all that matters is watching a bunch of kids playing the sport they love with a smile. Help us keep South River Little League alive together as a community! LETS GO RAMS!
